What a HOT show!!!

We started with resident long time supporter and entertaining funny martian, Razzap Snookums. It was fascinating to find the man behind the martian and learn of his passion for writing and the wonderful city he is building to bring his book to Second Life.

Things started to heat up as the Wild Child, Spence Wilder, took to the stage and swept us away before enjoying a fun chat with him and heating up the set for our last guests of the show …

that of Hellfighter Solvange and Ember Farina of the Linden County Fire Rescue (LCFR). They cranked the heat up on stage so high with Paisley that the set caught on fire and we had our own virtual emergency!!! Screams, laughter, firetrucks, water and general organised mayhem saw the show go out on a high note. In fact we were all having so much fun we forgot to take too many photos too!

Circe Broom is Second Lifes best known and loved Music Venue owner and Music Promoter. She has launched many of the stars of Second Life including Paisley Beebe, by having them perform at one of her clubs, like her Luxor Stage, Sunset Pavilion, the Sunset Jazz Club and now the Concert Hall at RatePoint. She runs 25 shows a week in her own facilities, plus more at other venues that have hired her to organize their events. She was also a valuable presenter at the recent Second Life Community Confrence. Circe Broom recently had a concert dedicated to her for her phylanthropy towards the music scene in Second life which brought many to tears in their dedications to her.

Australian Paisley Beebe is Second Life’s first Celebrity TV Talk Show Host and Second Lifes resident Jazz Diva. Her Show “Tonight LIve with Paisley Beebe” is the highest rated TV show filmed in second life. Filmed Live in Second Life, the Northpoint sim is maxed out every sunday at 6pm and is in its 16th episode. It has featured many of Second Lifes stars such as Jeffronius Batra of Amazon, Torley Linden the great inovator of SL, Jane Calvert of Electric Sheep and just about every famous music star from Second Life you can name. The show not only packs out each week but is viewed by over 5000 people per episode on the web and the numbers are climbing rapidly with the advent of special screens rolled out all over Second Life, where people can watch her show and SLCN.TV who are the network behind its production. Paisley also has a huge fan club one of Second Lifes largest with over 600 people in her club and growing. Her Jazz Style can be compared to Diana Krall, and even Celine Dion in her vocal range. Paisley only uses RL jazz musicians to back her, and they are of world class standard, being the best of their genre in Australia, they allways hired to play exclusivley for Second LIfe as they will be for this event. This Concert will not be streamed from a RL concert or streamed by video it will be Live in Second Life! for Second Life!

Jazz Diva, Paisley Beebe and her Live trio of Ray Adridge on Piano and Craig Scott on Double Bass will be providing the Entertainment, just for Second Life! .

The event will feature in the SLCN.TV show “That S’Life” and in various Second Life publications. Some special VIP Guests will be appearing also.

Fantasy, satire and a good dose of reality!

Paisley started by talking to the wonderful Upo Choche who is the Artistic Director of the Act Up Theater about how his group bring ‘live’ theater to SL. With anything possible in SL it makes it an exciting stage for lve theatre – be sure to try and catch one of their shows

We then were treated to a hilarious rendition of a song by Niko Donburi which really touched a chord in all of us as it touched on the numerous problems we experience in SL.

Finally we looked to Satori Spire to talk to us about where SL is heading with metabrands and advertising of the future

Yet again we had a great and colourful crowd and Granny even turned up to make sure everything was spic and span before filming began! Check out our pictures to see if you can spot someone you know!

We’re having a week off and then we’ll be back bigger and hotter (literally) than ever with my firetruck and a little fire or two to warm you all up. Grab a notecard from the studio if you want to know more about our next show!

What a fabulous show!

What a a fun show! For the fourth week in a row we packed the sim and had overflow to our backup screens.

This week Tay Runo opened our eyes to the possibilities of what we could be in SL by showing us many of his favourite avatars and he also shared with us his favourite shopping venues.

Louis Volare, the very well known SL & RL musician and recording artist wooed us with his beautiful piano playing and singing before Paisley enjoyed finding out more of the man behind the avatars (he has multiple avatar disorder – Louis Volare (solo pianist),
Luigi Volare (jazz pianist and vocalist) & Landon Volare (singer/songwriter)!!!).

Finally we heard from Ecocandle Riel. Eco is one of SL’s success stories having given up his RL employment to work in SL. He shared with us the future of shopping by showing us some of the ultimate items and gifts that can be purchased for RL from on the SL Iwoot (I Want One Of Those) sim.
