This world-renowned management consultant, speaker and author of the book “The Customer Century: Lessons from world-class companies in integrated communications,” who offers advice to such companies as Dell, FedEx and Kinko’s has started to organize successful guest speakers once a week for all the business professionals and those who aspire to be professional. Paisley sits down with him this Sunday to talk about “train for success” as well as the standing of real life companies in SL.
